They made a mistake with our payment plan/what they offered us, which that was frustrating. However, Dr Irwin reached out and worked with us to make it right and apologized for their part in it. Not only do they do an amazing job on the medical side but they seem to care and take ownership if there's ever an issue. Would highly recommend!

We just had our first consultation for my 11 year old daughter and they were amazing! Friendly, concerned, and eased my daughter's fears right away. I am very impressed and I am comforted with the care they took with my sweet girl. They we're straight forward and made this step much easier than I thought it was going to be. Thank you so much!

We absolutely love Dr. Irwin and his staff! Our family was originally referred due to a sports injury with broken tooth that my daughter received, and they were amazing at explaining everything and coming up with a great plan of action. We have no problem getting in on time, they've worked with us regarding billing for braces, and have been friendly and professional at all times. HIGHLY recommend.
